My husband and I had a wonderful dinner here. The restaurant is really small so make reservations. The dining room is very colorful yet quaint. We started off in the bar with some cocktails. They have some fun ones so give it a go.
We had the five course tasting menu. It was just the right amount of food for us. For our first course we had the yellowtail. It was a very fresh dish with crisp flavors and textures. It was beautifully presented and just the right amount for a first course. For the second course we got the risotto. This was a very rich dish so I appreciated that the portion was small for this course. For the third course my husband got the sea bass and I got the scallop. Another great dish. I loved the play on textures with each course. For our fourth course I got the chicken. My husband upgraded his steak to Kobe for an additional charge. It was so worth it. He said it was the best steak he had ever eaten. For dessert we ordered one of each again. I had food envy over my husband's dessert. He ordered the chocolate ball. My raspberry parfait was good, but a little too sweet. The chocolate ball is the way to go for dessert.
At the end of the meal the waiter brought out a few other treats like macaroons. We had just the right amount of food. We were not overstuffed.
