  • I purchased a vacuum from them 8 months ago. All of a sudden it stopped working. I brought it in for repair. The guy said after a few days he couldn't figure out what it was, thought it may be the canister. He said he would get back to me Monday. Monday came and went. Finally on Friday I called and he said, it was the motor and my 6 months warranty had expired. Wouldn't make sense to repair. I won't buy a vacuum from here again :-(. But, in the past I had a good experience with them cleaning a difference vacuum I had. He was kind enough to give me a loaner. I felt they should have offered some kind of discount on a new one.
