  • Needless to say my day started off not so hot the alarm didn't go off I was late for my 7 o'clock appointment to have the suburban taken into the shop. On the way to the shop I got a flat tire the owner sent Bobby out to help me. And he was so very kind . The crank for the spare tire was missing so the owner Jim came and he and Bobby got my tire aired up and got me to the shop. It' was going to be awhile so they had Bobby take me to the store so I could do my shopping. Everyone from Tracy who answered the phone and helped me get there (I just moved here from fl) to the owner Jim and Bobby was so kind The service was excellent. I recommend 3 A Automotive for all of your car maintenance and services. This is a family owned business, and they treated me like family. Thank you so much .
