  • Bramalea City Center has to be full of the most incompetent employees. The most unhelpful girls I have ever come across. If you don't ask them exactly what you want step by step they will offer no further information. Been looking for a product everywhere and asked for help finding the product at another Sephora, the lady proceeded to give me the number so I could call myself, never mentioned that I could order online to the store and save shipping fees or anything. Just left me to fend for myself... still haven't found the product I was looking for. And now I'm left to go back to the store I was just in to order the product I could have done two days ago!
