  • Sharon and her team couldn't have done better and we loved our anniversary dinner. A year ago we tried to go for our anniversary dinner and when we got to the restaurant, they had a broken water pipe and had to close. It was a sat night and everywhere we liked was booked. Sharon walked us over to Gordon Ramsey Steak, spoke with the manager and in moments we had a great table. We didn't forget the gesture and returned a year later. I phoned ahead and when we arrived she had the best table you could ask for waiting for us. We had a seat directly across from the Bellagio fountains and saw the show 4 times during our meal. We ordered a la carte with a bottle of wine after a couple cocktails and were happy with everything. The Escargot and the steak tartare were both excellent and the filet Rossini was beautifully prepared, plenty of fois gras and excellent sauce. The meal began with a couple amuse bouche and a few complimentary deserts came along afterwards then we had the souffles, one grand mariner and one carmel, both perfect. It was a perfect meal and I can't wait to go back. Thanks again to Sharon , our waitress Carmen, a very helpful sommelier and the whole staff.
