My wedding was in Las Vegas, but I live in Florida. I was not certain a mistake on my wedding gown had been fixed by the bridal store in Florida before they shipped it to Vegas. I would arrive in Vegas on Friday and my wedding was Monday. So, I had very little time to have alterations made once I got there.
I was referred to Jennaleigh's. They were receptive to my situation and scheduled me for first thing Saturday morning and promised the gown would be complete by Saturday evening. In other words, they recognized how important my gown was to me and my wedding and accommodated the emergency for a new and out of town bride. I was so grateful and impressed.
Thankfully, when I arrived in Las Vegas my gown was fine. I did not need Jennaleigh to alter my gown or steam it. But, knowing they were there to help and so willing reduced a great deal of my stress.
