  • I've lived at the Legend @ Kierland for the past year and a half and it's been a wonderful experience. Every time I've ever needed a repair it's been taken care of within 24-48 hours. Every time I've needed my carpet cleaned they have taken care of it for me at no charge. Additionally, the grounds are impeccable, the pools are always clean, the fitness center is also always clean and the staff has always been extremely nice and supportive to me. The Legend and the sister property the Tradition are ideally located near Kierland Commons and near to the Scottsdale Quarter. I completely recommend the Legend @ Kierland for anyone to live at. Update 9.18.15 New Management is extremely rude unprofessional and lazy. I think his name is Scott beware .
