| - When I arrived at the check in counter on Saturday, May 30th, there were 3 customer service people. Two were helping customers. I was the only person in line ready to advance to the counter. Then a couple arrived, avoided the line and walked up to the customer service woman I was going toward. I said excuse me, I'm next in line to the customer service woman, she told me the couple only wanted to extend their contract and it would only be a couple of minutes. I was angry and let her know it. Twenty minutes later, a male customer service person, I think Brandon is his name, told me he can help me. Once I reached the counter he said, "Drivers licence as and credit card". That was my greeting!
Once I completed my transaction, I asked Brandon
the name of the woman that allowed the couple to walk up to her. He told me Lauren. She heard me ask, looked at me and said, "What Did I do?" I did not answer her.
I travel quite a bit and will NEVER rent from Budget car rental again. Shame on the lack of customer service! If I could rate with zero stars, I would.
