  • I don't look at my self as a super sensitive man I spent 19 years as a local fireman and 6 years and on the local Emergency helicopter as a paramedic. now 3 years on medical disability and have to watch every penny I spend. I understand people can just be having a bad day. I was debated even writing a bad review, until my wife said I can't believe how he looked at us like we were criminals I said I would wait until my blood wasn't boiling. so its been 2 weeks and and I can't get his condescending bully attitude out of my mind. this is a edited version from m UN original and just kept what's important to me and my family. And shortened it. I have just moved back to mesa from buckeyes so I called and set up an appointment to get my oil changed and made aware I have a certificate u chose for 3 oil changes as an incentive when I got my windshield replaced. I spoke with Zack he said hmmm IV never heard of it weird but I assured him I have it. The Certificate is Numbered has a authentication fingerprint on it. And no expiration date. To have $99 worth value of 3 oil changes with inspection and tire rotation. When I walked in the door Zack came to the counter finely after standing in the lobby for 15 while he was sitting on a desk talking on the phone when we arrived. no big deal we brought things to keep our 4 year old busy. When Zack came to the counter and found out who I was the caller with the certificate his face changed body language changed. He took the certificate looked at ut while said didn't you get my call? I said no. He said" he called the owner and were not honoring those anymore there like 3 years ago he said it was a promotion their not doing any more. I replied im confused there's no expiration date. He said So were not gonna take it but I can give you a discount if you sill want to get the oil changed. I said but its certified with UN able to finish every time i spoke from then on iwas cut off and bullied. Saying just the word no hacking his head. No with a nasty grin. Then said you didn't pay for it anyway. I said "I did pay for it i could of chose a hotel stay car wash or oil change and I chose the oil change and payed a lot for a new windshield that included 3 oil changes" I knew what I was facing in life with my health surgery and time down not above to drive I just wanted to explain why it took 3 years for me to use it. And there was a reason I chose the package that didn't expire but he gave back the certificate as he said nothing just snickered me with a up yours attitude leaning closer to me over the counter. I asked to speak with the owner and he said No im not gonna do that so we very angry walking out the door I said I would be leaving a review of what happened and he said great ill be look for it. Here it is. Thanks for the attitude Sack. Life is hard enough without cashiers making things harder. If I would of been treated different that I would of gotten my work done on my car.
