Jim E came out on a Saturday after our a/c unit stopped blowing cold air overnight. It took just a few minutes to diagnose the problem, amd just a few more to get it fixed. We're back up and running about two and a half hours from when I made the call to the Mason Mechanical office. Since the service technicians at Mason are not commission based, I know i wasn't sold anything I don't need. I've trusted this business for a few years now and wouldn't call anyone else.
