  • The only reason they get one star is because I can't leave zero. I was in a few weeks ago to try on my dream dress, a Maggie Sattero...when I called to make the appointment, I was told they had the dress. When I got there, they set me up with this consultant that had no clue what she was doing. She told me they didn't have that dress. So, disappointed, I showed her some dresses I liked and told her my price point. She started bringing in dresses that didn't match my description. As I was trying them on, without any help from the consultant in a broom closet of a dressing room, I realized that none were fitting. They all said size 10...I am a size 14, and these dresses were no where near a size 10. The consultant started pulling any dress that was a bigger size for me to try on, some of them over $2800, which was over my budget...she then said if you 'tried to squeeze, you might fit in these'. Umm...Ok...that was the end of the appointment. Extremely unprofessional, super small dresses, over priced, and just plain rude. I am glad I had a better experience down the road and found a gorgeous dress for a fraction of my budget with helpful staff... Catan bridal is a nightmare, and I advise anyone to stay far, far away!
