  • Do not go here and do not deal with Carol! This is the worst company I've ever transacted with. We purchased an apartment in April 2017. First of all Carol told us that she would reach out to us the following week to pick up documents. She never did this and we had to reach out to her to access the documents. Then after we moved in, we found out from our HOA that the amounts received from them were incorrect. After further discovery we found Carol made an error in the calculations for the transaction. The collected amount from the seller was short the correct amount and thus the amount submitted to the HOA to settle amounts outstanding was also short. Despite making numerous heated discussion with Carole and other employees, they threw responsibility on us to settle the amount out of pocket!!! They are real scumbags and for not taking any responsibility for their own incompetence and wanted to pass the buck for their own errors to the client. This whole incident has caused my wife a lot of stress and we now contacting the appropriate consumer agencies and may file legal action against these scammers. STAY AWAY AT ANY COST!
