  • Honestly a dumpy ripoff, the only reason people live here is because Barrett advertises and pressures freshman into it. I moved in to find an entire years worth of toenails in the carpet, and all the drains for my bathroom (tub, sink) were clogged. Within a week my towel rack fell off the wall and the dishwasher broke. So many things are subpar. Internet was good first semester, but now after switching to a new provider, there's already been an entire day with internet completely out and no real details about why. And if you know anything about ASU, no internet means no homework, which could easily cause someone to miss deadlines. Overall really messy, thin walls, bad appliances and maintenance and IT'S MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE BETTER OFF CAMPUS APARTMENTS.
