rev:text	I am writing this review after having some very poor experiences at other dealerships. I did my research and knew exactly what car we were looking for. We found one at Earnhardt Hyundai that met all our criteria. We called and negotiated the price over the phone with Max. Normally dealerships are VERY reluctant to negotiate over the phone. The fact is we knew what we wanted and we knew how much we were willing to spend. When we arrived at the dealership, Max was waiting for us and he had the car pulled up and ready to test drive. We drove the car and really liked it. We returned to the dealership and process the paperwork with Pete. He was very efficient, explained some options to us and let us make our own decision without pressure. We were in and out of the dealership with our new car in one hour, which included everything! We spent exactly what we discussed over the phone. Just to be clear, we are not a dealerships ideal client. A dealership would rather have you make emotional decisions while falling in love with a car. This will usually result in you paying more than you planned or budgeted. Dealers would rather you finance because that's where they make a significant amount of their money. Dealers would like you to purchase a warranty because this is also where they make money. We did none of these things and Max and Pete treated us with respect, were super efficient, and professional. If you want to deal with true professionals and not get the dealership run around, I HIGHLY recommend giving Earnhardt Hyundai a shot.
