rev:text	I just got home from my trip to the nail spa. I been wanting to get my nails and toes done for a while. Since I was off today I thought I would take time to treat myself. The work was not good at the last place, So I looked on yelp for a new place to try and here I ended up at Cute-icle Nails. I was greeted right away and told to pick a color. The place is very pretty when I walked in I noticed the decor immediately as well as the relaxing music. Just what I needed. I had never been here before and the colors were on a wall that is not seen from where u walk in at. Someone quickly directed me. Then I sat down with my nail tech Nicki- super sweet. She did a great job!! Halfway thru -her appt walked in but she still finished my nails anyway even tho I was a walk-in. (I would highly recommend an appt.) When I was seated for my pedicure another nail tech helped me- Jimmy. He seemed nice But he is part of the reason for me not giving 5 stars. When he was trimming my cuticles he snipped me twice. OUCH! When he was scrubbing my feet with the shinny callus remover- it tickled like it always does, I usually suffer thru this part of the pedicure like anyone else. But he seen me cringe and instead of continuing he literally stopped scrubbing within 30 seconds! I didnt say anything. Just dealt with it. (Language barrier) Its all good. I went from there to another person who did my eyebrows and that went well too. I will def go back. I know every place isnt perfect but when I spend $80 to treat myself then I want GREAT customer service as well as quality work. Overall it was a good experience and if I had an appointment Im sure it would have been even better. I'll be back!!
