I think everyone in Pittsburgh knows about this restaurant and the quality of the food and ambiance here. It's a special occasions place for sure. And somewhere to bring out of town guests, if you want to show them a fantastic and fancy meal. They lean towards the pricier side, on par with any upscale restaurant, but their lunch menu actually offers reasonably priced dishes considering. I had sandwich/salad combo and with a drink came to about $15. Not bad! especially given the quality of the food. Service is also on par with the food. They have an outdoor tented area in front. Stays cool in summer, warm in the winter. They gave me complimentary chocolate truffles at my birthday dinner, and I've seen pics of other folks complimentary bday desserts. The seafood dishes are superb, haven't had a bad dish yet (see my pics). Had scallops that were seared just right and tender in the middle. I'll go back just for that. Definitely sign up for the Big Burrito group email as they'll give discount vouchers to eat at all their restaurants. Even better!
