  • Customer Service Manager is unprofessional, I was returning an item I bought yesterday, she didn't make eye contact, didn't respond to anything I said, didn't ask how I wanted my refund, just handed me cash and walked away. When I began to ask if we were finished she turned around and said "Thanks" clearly dismissing me. That's how you end your interactions? I return things 1-2x per year, I'm not familiar with the process.
