I like 40 minutes (walking) from this place and it is my default post office. Not the one that is 5 minutes away, or the two that are 10 minutes away - no, this one. It must be everyone's post office too, because I am often waiting 20+ minutes in line just to pick something up.
They also didn't accept my valid driver's license as ID once. I also had a temporary license (photo ID and then that paper thing) when I got my license renewed - and the guy at the counter didn't like it, he had to call someone else over to look at it.
AND I had to pay $15 because one of my items got returned. I paid $15 to send it and had to pay another $15 when it was returned. Really?!?
The two guys that work there are pretty much useless. So slow. And always getting things wrong! (All the above instances included one of those two guys). The two females that I've seen working there are both efficient and friendly though.
Can't wait until I move and don't have to go to this Shoppers anymore!
