  • Ali was he most rude person i have ever met in starbucks. my school from florida stopped at this mall for lunch and i needed water to take on the bus. i asked the lady named ali for water & she told me "we have water on the bar" i was like "no i need one in the cup." she rolled her eyes at me picked up the cup and stormed away to get it. when she put it on the counter she slammed it down and glared at me. there was no need for the rudeness. i would give negative stars if i was able to.
