  • After 18 years with my current vehicle, it was time to move on to something new. I tried 3 different dealerships/vehicles, and while the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk impressed me the most, the salesman, Kevin Flores, stood out by a mile to me. My first visit, he showed me the vehicle, drove it, spent time learning the ins and outs. No pressure to buy/make the sale. Afterwards, we ran some quick numbers to give me some comparisons with the other vehicles I was looking at. I was really concerned that I would be pressured to buy, but Kevin respected I was looking around and left me all his information. I came back 2 days later and made my offer. The financial side of things declined my offer, but I wouldn't budge on what I wanted. Kevin reached out that same night and said not to give up, he would work on it, just give him a day. He called back and said if I still wanted the vehicle at the offer, it was mine. I took it. Kevin was amazing and treated me like a friend rather than a sale. I highly recommend him and the dealership. For my first time buying a new vehicle in quite a while, it was an easy and pleasant process. Thank you Kevin.
