rev:text	NEVER use Ticketmaster! I bought VIP tickets and learned, 3 weeks prior, that I would not be able to attend the event. This was due to unfortunate family matters, for which I had proof. There was absolutely NOTHING VIP about their service. They blocked me from reselling the tickets and would not refund. This was my first, and last, experience with Ticketmaster. I will report them to the BBB.
