  • Huge disappointment. This does not measure up to the other W Hotels I have come to know and love. I gave an extra star because we were upgraded to a Presidential suite. In comparison to other W's, it's not near as pretty or as nice. Weird entrance that is difficult to find. Tiny lobby. The restaurants are not very good either. The casino was average in appearance. The room was great. But come on, it was a presidential suite with full living, dining and 2 bathrooms. I have had many great stays at awesome, beautiful hotels in Vegas but this is not one of them. Especially for the price. And then there is the mandatory $35 resort fee per night. Ridiculous. Won't stay there again. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant and service everywhere was very good. But again, not worth it.
