  • The worst experience I have ever had!! The receptionist whom we were told is the manager couldn't get the tickets straight and charged me 4 times with incorrect amounts. My charges exceeded over $500. I was told they we be reversed within 10 days. Her error and NO apology. Instead she ignored me when I pulled up my bank account and showed her on my phone what she had done. She actually pushed me to the side to help the next customer and she certainly didn't want that customer to over hear what she had done. Their are nail salons every 10 feet. No need to be taken advantage of and scammed by this place especially during the holiday's. If they had apologized and offered something for inconveniencing us that would be one thing. They insulted us and asked us to leave.
