My sister is currently being cared for at this facility. I have been trying to call her for more than 4 days. Turns out the phone in her room does not ring. I learned this last night so I called first thing this morning. Gayle in reception was extraordinarily helpful - she followed up immediately to get maintenance to repair that phone. The phone rang once in that room during the time the maintenance guy was there. Hasn't run since (I have been calling all day). I had to have a CNA call me on her personal cell to learn that the phone only worked that one time. I called the director COURTNEY FISHBECK. My call went to his voicemail. I called the head of maintenance JOSE TOUCET. My call went to his voicemail. The only people who are responsive here are those at the bottom of the pecking order, like the CNAs and the women who answer the main telephone line (Victoria and Gayle).
