  • I am so delighted with my experience here. This is actually the first time I've been motivated enough to write a Yelp review; I'm so willing to promote this place. Steve, one of the owners, is a friendly, funny guy who reminds me of my Jewish aunts and uncles on the east coast--he's straight to the point, no nonsense, but at the same time kind, easygoing and generous. My Prius had a big dent in the front left fender and some paint scratches on the driver's side door and rearview mirror (I backed into a pole...). Before going to Ultra, I got an estimate from the Toyota dealership--$1500 minimum, they said. Then I went to Select Auto Body on 7th Ave--$1800. Then I went to Ultra, and Steve said he could do it for $1100--and he would paint the rearview mirror at no extra cost (I had originally said to just leave it because I didn't want to pay any more than I absolutely had to). "It'll bug me if it's not fixed," he said, and I just wanted to hug him. I brought the car in three days later, on a Monday, and it was done by Thursday, just as Steve promised. I even paid $30 less than he quoted me because he was able to reuse a part. The car was clean inside and out--in fact, much cleaner than when I left it; they wiped down the interior and vacuumed the floors. The paint on the new fender matches the original color beautifully. I'm beyond satisfied. Go give these guys your business already!
