  • Outstanding customer service! We realized Christmas Eve night we were sold a women's mountain bike from another bike shop that was to be given to my step son the next day. It had a scrolling saying around the frame and was not something we could give a boy. We were in a bind as most stores were closed Christmas Day! My husband sent an email to roadrunner through their website asking for help. The owner contacted us Christmas Day morning, and met us at the store to sell us a bike! We were astonished he would even consider helping us out Christmas Day! We will definitely be going there for all of our bike needs!
