| - Please read!!! My husband and I were looking for a sectional couch, and was so excited to finally find a contemporary furniture store that didn't cost a fortune like Copenhagen (we had been searching for SO long for a couch, this place was a dream-- or so we thought!). While it was quite a long drive from home, and the warehouse was quite warm because they don't have AC, I was willing to deal with some inconveniences to get a good deal on a couch. We walked around the whole place, and finally found our couch! Super cute, "leather" looking, and we got them down to $1000. They delivered it the next day (for an additional fee), and it was adorable in our house! Until 2 weeks after the delivery, when we discovered a two inch HOLE in the couch!!! It's where two tufts of the couch meet at the seams, and the seam had completely come apart!! I think it was this way when we purchased it, because there's no evidence of it ripping. We emailed the store to alert them to what happened, and never got a response. A couple weeks later, we called them, and they simply informed us that all furniture is sold As Is and they would do NOTHING about it!!! I can't believe this kind of customer service, or lack thereof. I guess it's true what they say-- you get what you pay for!! Ugh... Lesson learned.
