  • Guess what?!? Went for my final complimentary oil change here.... Had an appointment and was still waiting 2 hours for my car to get back to me. And AGAIN, no one was able to figure out how to reset the Maintenance Required message on the dash. Surprise, surprise. So I reset it myself...AGAIN!!! Can't believe the lack of knowledge these "trained mechanics" have. Thank god I don't have to go back. I'll take my car to the actual Toyota dealership down the street from now on all while letting others know to steer clear of this place.
