  • Their service was easy-peasy! I'd been researching Vegas airport shuttles and it seemed like nothing was better than 2-3 stars. I figured they all couldn't be that bad! Landed in Vegas on Monday. They had the shortest line, so we went to them. They were all comparably priced. $43 round trip to the strip for 3 people, all-inclusive (tax, etc.). They had a bus waiting. Gave the driver out bag to load. Less than 5 minutes later, we were off and in minutes we were at our hotel. As instructed, we called in to reserved our return to the airport 24 hours before we needed to leave. The lady on the other line was nice, especially because when I called in the first time from my cellphone it was choppy. When I called back after finding a good signal, she understood. They tell you to be at the hotel's shuttle stop 5 minutes before and expect it to arrive up to 15 minutes after the designated time. Our shuttle was perfectly on time! I don't understand the poor marks and bad reviews. They did us fine. I'd use their services again!
