  • This is a great place for my purposes. Very convenient to grocery stores, fish markets, ABC store, restaurants, downtown. There is a huge park across the street with basketball court, newly-refurbished tennis courts (8). There is a large field for soccer and baseball and picnic tables. There is the convenience of 24-hour concierges on premises. The manager is Domanique Ratliff. She's one hundred percent customer service oriented, always cheerful, pleasant and helpful. If you like dogs, there's plenty. The buildings are quiet; I rarely hear noise from the hallways or next door. I love the gym, the sauna, steam room. They are rarely crowded.
