  • The customer service and scheduling was great. Had an appointment window from 11 to 2 and they showed up at 11. Replaced a shower valve that was broken in a timely manner, however, I had another issue with the same valve and called a different company for the repair. The valve was not installed correctly and a leak was found in the wall. I had to give a two star due to the lack of attention to detail in the original repair. The second plumber told me the valve wasn't tightened properly.
