  • I contact him a few months ago to come out and do a pretty large job. We wanted him to do some stump grinding in the front yard, trim 3 large palm trees, and two larger trees in the backyard, as well as some misc. smaller trees. He came out right away and gave us a quote that we were please with. I asked him to please provide the quote in writing for me as well as give me a copy of his insurance information and he very eagerly agreed to have it to me within a few days. I waited, and waited, and waited to hear back from him but he never sent anything to me. So I called him multiple times, left messages and emails, but still no response. After a week and a half a lady called me back from his company to tell me that he has decided that he is not going to be able to take the job. Overall it was better for me that he did not take the job because I was able to get someone else out there that was cheaper and able to provide the insurance information that I asked for. The big problem that I have with him is his lack of follow up. If he would have told me that he was not going to take the job earlier or responded to my phone calls, then I would not have had to wait to get the job done, and would have been able to move on to someone else quicker. If you do choose to go with him, I would highly recommend getting a copy of his insurance information. I do not know if that is the reason that he chose to not take my job, but I do know that he did not provide the information to me.
