So.....the first time I ever came to this place, I kinda crashed one of their events.... :P
When I stepped into the store, I noticed that some of the patrons were sipping wine from glasses and I realized something was wrong. It was their 160th Birthday Event and apparently they were holding a brand ambassador event(?). Because of that they had all these appetizers and mini bite-sized foods set out.....on the one hand, I really wanted to go into the store and scope out their products (I've never been inside a Kiehl's Boutique before) but I didn't want to interrupt their event. HOWEVER, a really nice girl told me that it was fine to stay, so I went to look at their skincare products. After looking around confusedly, another girl came up to me and offered to test my skin (apparently I have normal-oily skin? I always thought that I had normal-dry skin) and then suggested a skincare routine for me. I was unsure whether I wanted to spend the money on this (it is quite pricey) but I agree with what a couple of reviewers mentioned before, a little bit goes a long way....even so, she gave me samples to try out (so generous!). Oh, and there are always testers available for you to try! They're very well stocked :)
This was one of the best customer experiences I've had and I would definitely return! :)
