  • It's pretty bad! The urgent care side of the UMC quick Care is above board. Dr Hansen is intelligent thoughtful and very efficient. A+ for this side of the building. The other side of this establishment, the Primary Care side. Is as bad as I have encountered anywhere. Poor Doctors with absolutely no regard for there patients. They run there patients through like cattle. No discussion, no manners. The Doctors are rude and do not care at all for there patients. When you try and discuss important issues about your health, you get answers such as " suck it up". Seriously that's not a joke. Dr Christiansen- Thistle actually used those words. When a complaint was mentioned about medications making me ill. The answer was no it's not. I take 8 different meds with warnings on the labels. May cause headache fatigue etc etc. There are 40 pages of warnings that go with my medications, but according to the Dr (with no discussion at all) it's not possible to get sick from them. Heart meds, diabetic insulin, blood pressure and Neuropathy medications. Not baby aspirin for crype sakes. Ok enough with the examples. if your tempted to go to this primary care facility RUN, Run very fast. They could damage you permanently. I noticed other Yelp reviews with the same information as I have written about this business.
