  • fuck this store. their custom service sucks, I bought a action figure here for my nephew for Christmas and it broke within 20 minutes of him playing with it then when I tried to take it back to exchange for a new one they wouldn't do it because I didn't have the receipt. I didn't keep the receipt because I had no intention of returning the toy and didn't think it would break within 20 mins of opening it. I understand store policy but there can be exceptions made especially when the store is the one at fault. such a bad way to do business especially when I'm in the store on a weekly basis. The 2 girls were always very nice and helpful to me but the the other guys were always kinda rude whenever I was there. FUCK THIS STORE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! go to Maximum Comics instead
