  • So completely frustrated with the service department... We have had our truck in to be fixed a countless amount of times. They have replaced several things. PS the problem is still there but they can't figure it out. Irritating!!! This last and final time we took the truck in did it for me. Again we were told something was broke so they were contacting the warranty company. It took 4-5 days to get the part in. Thankfully we had another car. When I called to check status and say I needed the car back I was greeted on the phone to I swear the advisor eating their food while talking to me. Horrible customer service.. Then we go pick up the truck to our alarm not working at all. Truck won't lock nothing... I go up and again confront the situation where I was told oh well I guess we will have to call warranty again... Seriously I'm not giving you another dime... End of the story is we had to take the truck back to Audio Express for them to see what happened... The dealership completely unhooked our alarm and had all the wires dangling... Had to have it reinstalled again.. We will never ever bring our truck here again!!! Mind you this is not our first bad experience. More like 10th. Should have learned our lesson sooner.
