We arrived at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Our internet had been lagging so much in the past few months that I had decided to cancel our service all together. The lobby was full of other customers so I thought we would be waiting a long time however we only had to wait about 15 minutes. It was not bad as there were plenty of spaces to sit down and watch tv. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgable and answered our questions clearly. He asked what the problem was and then suggested that we change our router since his records showed it had been 8 years since we had done so. He said we could buy 1 or rent one for $10 a month. He suggested we rented first to see if that solved our problem then as he was checking out our equipment, he told us about a promotion that tripled the speed of our internet and cut our monthly down $10. He also provisioned our modem/router in the store so all we had to do when we got home was plug it in which saved us the time of calling in and sitting on hold. We were in and out within 40 minutes even when they were busy.
