  • A co-worker of mine highly recommended this place for purchasing pool supplies because of the knowledge of the workers here. I took his advice and since pool season is here, I brought over some pool water to be tested. I met the most pleasant and knowledgeable lady there by the name of Rita. She tested my water and told me exactly what I needed to do for perfect pool water chemistry. She didn't push any unnecessary products and was just a pleasure to deal with. This is a mom and pop shop so you are not dealing with a corporate company with sales associates just putting in there 8 hours. Rita and the other workers there (probably family members) know what they are talking about. Because my husband generally takes care of the pool, I asked Rita to please write the instructions down for me so that I don't forget what she told be and she didn't hesitate to oblige. Customer service here is amazing and you can't beat the knowledge they have. I'm getting ready to go back there to pick up a few more items for our Memorial weekend pool party and would encourage others to stop by and patronize this store. Mom and pop shops like this are hard to find anymore. Great advice I received from a friend and passing it on to others.
