Worst reception, makes for a very unorganized unprofessional visit.
Mission Medical Clinic is very busy. I am a very patient person, so I wait in line and wait my turn.
However, they are so unorganized, that every pharmacy in the city rolls their eyes when they know they have to get in touch with them because they know how impossible it is.
There was a problem with my prescription, so my pharmacy said they'd take care of it. Two weeks later they tell me they can't reach my doctor and no one has returned their calls or faxes. They say this always happens with Mission. This is two weeks without my medication.
I call them myself.
First, they hang up on me.
Second, a confused receptionist transfers me to a nurse and it rings for ten minutes.
Finally, I reach someone who is in a hurry and wants to get off the phone fast so he tells me to go back to my pharmacy and tell them to fax them AGAIN.
I am DETERMINED to fix this problem today so I keep him on the line and make him put my name in the computer, open my file, and actually look at the medication I'm talking about.
He insists he will send a note to the doctor and receive the fax with open arms.
I still don't trust it will work out this week.
BAD BAD communication at this place.
You'd think communication is of great importance in a place dealing with such important matters.
