  • This is a highly unethical company and I strongly recommend that you DO NOT lease from them or their property manager, Chaely Chan. I am currently leasing a home with them and I've been treated terribly especially by Chaely Chan. I have been a very good customer and have had wonderful relations with my neighbors, however one single time, I paid rent late because I was on a business trip and was super busy. Chaely Chan called me and was extremely rude too me, even threatening that if I was late two more times I had to leave. I paid right away but her harassment continued. She then began rudely berating me about the condition of the grass and a tree. I tried to answer but she would not let me talk and then said the most racist thing, she said that "obviously you don't speak English". I speak English perfectly and was born and raised in America but I have a Spanish name, which is where I believe the racism came from. It then became an argument but I never cussed at her in any way. I then called the office on several occasions and left messages with the receptionist for a manager to call me back but they just ignored them and never called me back. So I began posting bad, but honest reviews of them on the BBB site and other web pages, to which they would reply lies to. Here is one lie they keep telling over and over. When I signed the lease, there was a form which allows you to write all the "wear and tear" items and current condition of the premises. Chaely Chan told me that I COULD NOT take it with me and that I HAD to sign it right away, because according to her, people forget to turn it back in. She did say that I had 7 days to report REPAIRS but the form is about the condition of the property not REPAIRS. So anyways when I called once again, I was demanding in a raised voice to speak to a manager and they hung up on me about 3 times. They did NOT CARE about my concerns about the lease oand did not want to hear my reports of racism. After calling several more times I spoke to someone named, I believe Matt who was more cordial and I've arranged a meeting with a manager, however they told me it has to be in person, which is an inconvenience due to my very busy work schedule. However to make a very long story short, ask your realtor before you lease a home, if its with GO GLOBAL REALTY and if it is, move on to another home. You will be treated horribly by them and especially don't use the very racist, rude person Chaely Chan as your realtor or leasing agent. If you own a home and are looking for property managers, do not use them. You should not use a company who is so blatantly racist and rude to its customers.
