  • I purchased Gutter Helmets about 2 years ago. I was thinking of adding Heat Helmets to my system. The salesman came and after inspecting the roof, he tells me that the warranty was voided because the person who washes my windows did not use a special kind of ladder and there were 2 small dents where the ladder had been placed. I had been told that this is what they do. They tell you that the helmets are guaranteed but then they always find some little reason to void the warranty. I am just warning future customers that I have found that to be true. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on so beware.
