  • We had to get a new bunkbed and dresser for my daughter. The prices were great and I saw the reviews on here so of course i decided to go with nicks. We showed up on saturday to pick up the bunk ned, there were two boxes. They told us that the screws were missing when they checked them so he taped them on the outside of the box. Ok cool. We get home take evrything upstairs and start taking all of the parts out, but there were no instructions. Called back to the store he said he will take them out of a different box and we can come pick them up. A little inconvenient but whatever. My husband gets back with a photocopy of the instruction but he only copied every other page so we were missing half of the instructions, by now i was annoyed. We called back and just asked him if he could email the instructions to us. After we got the email a couple steps in we realized they had given us the instructions for a different bed. By now the place was closed so we managed between the two of us to get the bed together only to realize we were missing the ladder for the top bunk plus the guard rails for the top bunk. Called him back this morning, offered to have the missing parts delivered for no charge but it was way more of a headache than it was worth.
