My experience with T's Apholstery was very disappointing. I wanted four dining room chair cushions reapholstered. The two staff members were both helping other customers when I entered the store, so I decided to start browsing. No one acknowledged me, said "hello" or "I'll be with you as soon as I'm finished with my current customer" for at least 20 minutes. The associate was helpful in picking out a fabric once I asked for help, but the price was much higher than I was expecting - over $100 per cushion. I was told that my order would be ready in 2 weeks. It took more than twice that amount of time. After waiting a week past the anticipated completion date, I called the store to check on my order and was told that the fabric hadn't been delivered yet. I waited for another week, and was told that the fabric had just come in and the order would be ready by the end of the week. At that point, I decided to go to the store to cancel my order. I was told that I would have to pay $200 to compensate the seamstress for removing the old cushion fabric and staples. I ultimately decided to have her complete the rest of the job. The owner was apologetic about the delay, explaining that fabric delivery times are difficult to predict, and she delivered the cushions to my house with a small apology gift (tea and tea trays). However, I would have been happier if she reduced the price of the order. Based on the poor service and high price, I would go elsewhere.
