  • They used to be great and they would respond very well to issues, but now that they've outsourced (or whatever has happened) it's not so good anymore. I went to renew my domain with them -- $16.99 for a year. No problem. I hit paypal to make the payment and it went to a blank screen so I assumed it didn't go through. Went back and did it again and yep, you guessed it. I got charged twice in a row. I immediately reached out to them to get a refund for the 2nd mistaken payment and they said they couldn't because I had purchased 2 years and "it is locked in globally." Really?? From 5 seconds ago? Anyone looking at the purchase could tell that 2 identical payments a few seconds apart was a mistake. I started to argue but then just gave up. Take my $17... and I'll never use your service again. I hope it was worth it.
