| - Living in San Francisco for the last 9 years of my life, I've spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on boutique gyms: SoulCycle, Barry's Bootcamp, Corepower, Cycfitness...you name it, I've probably been there. I'm sure I can see the same results by going to the gym and lifting, but these classes make you feel like you're getting more than a workout, you feel like you're part of a tribe with everyone motivating each other.
CycleBar opened two weeks ago and I knew I had to give it a try. Like many other cycling studios, CycleBar gives you a great cardio workout and you'll walk out drenched in sweat. There's one thing that differentiates this studio and why I got the unlimited membership: the statistics. I'm a numbers girl and being able to see your RPMs, miles, calories etc helps me track my performance overtime. The managers here are also amazing and super attentive. Ilya remembered my name after one interaction and added me to a bike if I was on the waitlist. 5 star service. They also two showers, free towel service (major plus), shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, and everything else you need to get ready.
