  • I just want to say .I have experienced the worst customer service from Star Nursery from the cooperate office to the various store locations . But especially the location @ the 215 & Eastern. I have been looking for Arapaho Red Crape Myrtle and I have been told various stories . And today I thought I would call one more time and the gentleman in outside garden took my call @ 10:56 a.m. after being on hold for 10 min. this morning and said "yes we have them in " I said when did they come in and he said " Thursday" And he took my number and said he would call me back . So I decided to make the trip over there and going on a hunch and sure enough no Arapaho Crape Myrtle in the 15 gal. size .So once again another lie and another wasted trip. One of my biggest pet peeves is that people do what they say they are going to do .Which clearly they did not .
