  • We purchased our newly build home in Sept. 2017 which included a landscaping allowance with Poco Verde Landscape for the front yard. We did read a few negative reviews, but I have to say we are completely satisfied with the design and installation of our front yard. We worked with Jinger Diaz as the design consultant. She was great to work with, and always easy to contact. It was also easy to make additional changes after the initial contract signing, and as the installation was happening. I was a little picky on a few items like what kind of sprinkler controller, and the addition of an extra hose bib. No problems in getting what I wanted. Our installation was done at the end of Sept. during record heat. Near the end of Oct. we noticed a few plants did not survive, or looked pretty bad. Jinger came out, and helped us decide on changing or replacing the plants that had problems, and this was covered under their warranty and done within a couple of weeks. I wanted to write this review because of a call I made to Jinger today (3/9/18). I had a few questions on pruning our plants and watering. I did not get voicemail, and she answered all of my questions. I think that it is definitely worth your time to get a quote from Poco Verde. Ask to work with Jinger, or any other person who was named in one of the other positive reviews. We love our yard.
