  • We did the Truffle Making 101 class at The Mad Bean. It was a lot of fun and the instructor was super fun and friendly. We got to work with really good quality chocolate and various tools, including some that I'd never worked with before, such as the edible design transfer sheets. It was relaxing to shape and decorate the chocolates, and since there were a couple of no shows, we all got extra. And I got even more extra at the very end of the class since I couldn't say no to the leftover ganache. It was a good night!
