  • I should have payed more attention to the fact that most recent reviews of this place are terrible. This was our 2nd time here (left the first time due to the wait of 45 minutes even with an appointment) and the 2nd time we were told we'd be right in with our appointment and we arrive to be told we have to wait 30-60 minutes again because they're behind. I'm all for 2nd chances, but this is very frustrating. I don't know how this business survives with the staff being so unfriendly/unprofessional and the place being as unkept as it was. We were not greeted walking in, nobody acknowledged us for 8 minutes, and Angelina (if she even gave me her correct name) was exceptionally unpleasant to deal with. Too bad too because they're right down the street from us, but there's no chance they get our business with practices like these.
