  • Fast service and friendly service. If you need emissions testing, try this location. Perhaps because it is tucked away in a rural site off Glendale Avenue, in the middle of the desert, this testing center is a well kept secret. Check out the website for directions and wait times. This is the second time I have gotten my vehicle emissions test at this station. The lines are rarely long. They have a fast lane for newer cars. You can wait in the passenger seat or in a private booth. The test administrator was quick and had a wry sense of humor. The location was convenient as well for those of us living near the Cardinal stadium. I will be back, but hopefully not for another 2 years.
